End of January 2022, we managed to document and study in detail our first doors – the two bronze doors from San Marco, Venice: the main door and the door to its right, the one called “San Clemente”. Thanks to the help from Ca’Foscari, we even managed to carry out thermoanalyses. The chemical composition of the metal parts was studied with a portable XRF. Check the images of our work at @GAPAMET!
